Shopmobility
Shopmobility is a service operated by Darlington Association on Disability (DAD) which allows anyone with a mobility impairment to shop and use the facilities of Darlington town centre. The service, which is open to anyone who is a member of DAD, provides the loan of electric wheelchairs and scooters and manual wheelchairs and is free but must be booked by visiting or calling the Shopmobility centre in Horsemarket Darlington (next to the Dolphin Centre) on 01325 489999.
To become a member of DAD visit the DA office in Horsemarket, Darlington, or call on 01325 489999 or email chris@darlingtondisability.org. Membership costs £10.00.
